Data collected

The contact form collects: name, company (optional), email, phone (optional) and the content of your message. The quote builder also collects your business sector, your answers about your organisation, the modules and options selected and, if you provide them, your company registration number (SIRET) and address. This information is provided voluntarily by you when you send a request.

Purpose

This data is used solely to process your quote or contact request and for the resulting sales follow-up.

Recipients

The data is received by the Select Data team and recorded in our internal customer relationship management tool, where a customer record and a draft quote may be created from your request. It is never sold or passed on to third parties for commercial purposes.

Website language and IP address

To show you the website in your language, the country of your IP address is determined on each visit using a database hosted on our own server: your IP address is neither stored for this purpose nor sent to any third-party service.

Blog reading statistics

To know which articles are read, each read is counted once per visitor per day. Duplicates are detected with an irreversible fingerprint computed from your IP address and browser, kept until the next day and then erased. Only per-article totals are kept: no cookie is set and no data is passed on to third parties.

Cookies

This website uses no tracking or analytics cookies. A single functional cookie, “lang”, remembers the language you choose in the language selector for one year. This page will be updated if this changes.
